Given the worldwide oil picture, its hard to imagine the price of asphalt coming down in the future. Current and future costs are a big factor in the life cycle analysis process of determining whether roads and parking lots should be concrete or asphalt, so anything that influences the price of petroleum should be of interest to all concrete and asphalt producers.
