How to Enter

To enter, complete the giveaway popup form on our website and provide:

• Your contact information

• A brief description of the environmental topic(s) or question(s) you’d like to discuss if selected

No purchase is necessary to enter.

How Winners Are Selected

RMA periodically reviews submitted entries and selects one or more participants based on the questions provided. Selection is based on topics where our consultants believe they can offer meaningful guidance during a 20-minute advisory call.

If multiple entries are a good fit, multiple participants may be selected during the same selection period.

Notification & Scheduling

Selected participants will be contacted by email to schedule their complimentary consultation. Calls will be scheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time and must be completed within a reasonable timeframe after notification.

If a selected participant does not respond within a reasonable period, RMA reserves the right to select an alternate participant.

What This Consultation Includes

The complimentary consultation is intended to:

• Provide general guidance based on the information shared

• Help clarify potential environmental obligations or next steps

• Offer professional insight from an experienced consultant

The consultation does not include:

• Formal regulatory determinations

• Legal advice

• Preparation of permits, plans, or technical documents

General Conditions

RMA reserves the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the giveaway at any time

• Limit the number of consultations awarded

• Refuse or revoke participation if an entry is incomplete, misleading, or submitted in bad faith

• End the advising session at its discretion
