Getting Started with SPCC Plans

If your facility stores at least 1,320 gallons of oil in containers greater than 55 gallons, you are required to have an SPCC plan. In the event of a spill, these plans serve to help you navigate the emergency. In addition, there are federal regulations from the USEPA that require your facility to have this plan in place as a baseline requirement.
SPCC plans do not take long to complete. You can expect the project to last anywhere from a few weeks to two months maximum.
Our team begins by visiting the site to confirm the presence of enough petroleum to trigger the regulation. From there we prepare the plan itself and deliver it to you in a physical hard-copy format. For additional support we provide follow up training as well as regular reminders to conduct your own monthly inspections and to complete your annual training.
