Facilities that store a certain quantity of hazardous material are obligated to conduct annual reporting to survey what material you have and where your facility has it located. In the event of an emergency, a proper inventory of the materials you have on-site can help protect your community and emergency first responders.

Resource Management Associates is known for efficiently analyzing facilities and their manufacturing process and determining where they stand with regard to Community Right-to-Know Reporting. We help companies and organizations get into environmental compliance with all applicable regulations, and have the experience you can depend on when it comes to conducting annual Tier II Reporting. We know how, when, and where to report all Tier II Community Right to Know Reporting information to, ensuring your facility is in full compliance with regulations year after year.

Tier II Reporting of hazardous materials can differ from city to city, county to county, and state to state. This can get especially confusing when you run operations across various areas and have different agencies to report to. We know you have more pressing issues to worry about than where your information correctly goes to, so we strive to simplify and streamline your reporting process however possible.

Getting Started with Tier II Community Right-to-Know Reporting

These regulations exist to help keep first responders in your community safe. After this reporting is conducted, it is then provided to State and Local Emergency Planning Agencies, such as police and fire departments. This is so first responders are aware of a site's hazardous materials prior to their arrival at an emergency situation and can take proper precautions.
Tier II Reporting takes approximately 2 to 3 months maximum. To remain compliant, this reporting must be done once a year to meet requirements.
The RMA team helps your facility conduct an inventory of your hazardous materials. This may require a site visit, but not always. From there we conduct the reporting—all we'll need at this point is your final sign off and then we submit the report. This annual reporting has a deadline of March 1st each year that must be met.

We analyze your facility and operation in full, to determine just what you have on-site that needs to be reported. We evaluate your operation and compare the results against reporting thresholds to determine whether or not you need to conduct Tier II Reporting. Additionally, we can determine if your hazardous materials may trigger the need to conduct TRI Reporting.

If you think your facility doesn't fall under CRTK Reporting of hazardous materials guidelines? Think again. Most facilities, whether they know it or not, keep hundreds of hazardous materials on-site that might require reporting.
